This Privacy Policy outlines how Rylee + Cru Collective (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit or shop from www.ryleeandcru.co.nz (the “Site”). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you request that we delete your data, we will take reasonable steps to do so unless legally required to retain it.
Do Not Track
We currently do not alter our data collection in response to “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no consistent industry standard for handling them.
